These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Image Converter website and services (the "Service"), operated by I/E Igor Zuev ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Image Converter provides in-browser image format conversion. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any content you convert and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content that is unlawful or infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service except as permitted;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content and materials that make up the Service — excluding content you convert — are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the images you convert and to the results you generate.

User submissions

If you provide feedback, ideas or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
