Refund Policy

At Image Converter, operated by I/E Igor Zuev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 20 days of your purchase — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email our support team at info@lampabar.com with your order number. We will process eligible requests within seven (7) business days and return the funds to your original payment method.

Processing time

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops renewals but does not automatically refund the current period; refunds for the current period are handled under the 20-day guarantee above.
